The MSP Graduate Movement

The MSP industry has no shortage of peer groups—and many of them are excellent. They’ve helped thousands of companies build stronger foundations and better businesses.

But just as MSPs mature through stages, what they need from their peer group also changes.

What you need at $2M is not what you need at $12M.

What you need at five employees is not what you need at forty employees.

What you need in owner-led sales strategy is not what you need when building a scalable sales force.

This isn’t about better or worse. It’s about fit.

We call this the MSP Graduate Movement—not because anyone “graduates past” their peer group as a sign of superiority, but because different stages require different conversations.

You don’t “graduate” from the relationships — but from a stage in business.

Owners scaling toward $10M–$20M begin to ask questions that require deeper operational, financial, and leadership maturity. They need peers facing similar challenges, making similar decisions, and building similar-sized teams.

That’s what E3 is about.

Not replacing what worked.

Not competing with existing peer groups.

But creating the next room for those ready for the next stage.
